SHERIDAN — Between February 20, 2017 and April 11, 2017, the below listed individuals were charged and arrested for their involvement in a drug-trafficking organization that was involved in the supply, transport and distribution of methamphetamine in southeastern Montana and Sheridan County: Ivan T. Gorzalka, Sheridan, Wyo. — Gorzalka was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury for the District of Wyoming on the charge of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine. Matthew A. Cook, Sheridan, Wyo. — Cook was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury for the District of Wyoming on the charge of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine. Glenn W. Getter, Sheridan, Wyo.— Getter was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury for the District of Wyoming on the charge of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine. Vincent L. Greenough, Sheridan, Wyo. — Greenough was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury for the District of Wyoming on the charge of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine. Kenneth T. Minow, Miles City, Mont. — Minow was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury for the District of Wyoming on the charge of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine. Tony V. Apodaca, Wheatridge, Colo. — Apodaca was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury for the District of Wyoming on the charge of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine. Troy C. Thompson, Sheridan, Wyo.— Thompson was charged by the Sheridan County Attorney’s Office for Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance/ Methamphetamine. Catlin Linde, Sheridan, Wyo. — Linde was charged by the Sheridan County Attorney’s Office for Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance/ Methamphetamine. The charges and arrests of these individuals were the result of a joint investigation by the United States Drug Enforcement Agency, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Wyoming’s Northeast Enforcement Team (NEET), Central Enforcement Team (CEET) and Southeast Enforcement Team (SEET). The investigation revealed that from 2008 until February 20, 2017, this organization was involved in the trafficking up to pound quantities of methamphetamine from the Denver, Colorado, area to Sheridan, and distributing the drug in areas of southeastern Montana and Sheridan. During this investigation, the involved agencies seized approximately one pound of methamphetamine, 23 firearms and approximately $10,000 in suspected drug proceeds. The Northeast Enforcement Team is a regional enforcement team supported by all law enforcement agencies in Northeast Wyoming and comprised of law enforcement officers from the Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office, Gillette Police Department, the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office and Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty.
